Secure Portal Instructions
Welcome to our secure document portal used to send and receive client documents safely. Please see the instructions below to utilize the portal options available to you. The portal utilizes 256 bit encryption and secure links.
Client Login
The Updegrove McDaniel McMullen & Chiccehitto, PLC (UMMC) team must issue an invitation email to clients first so that you can use our portal to download files. The secure link in the invitation email allows you to create a login and password. Once you have created these–the login and password can be used through the same email link to download your files. Also, the login can be used through the UMMC website. Choose the “Client Login” option for your access. Files will only be available for 30 days.

Uploading Documents
Clients may upload documents to UMMC securely using the “Client Upload” option on our website. This provides clients with a short fill-in form and a browse option to attach files up to 2 GB in size. Clients will have to select a specific staff person as a recipient. Please contact our office for assistance if you are not sure which staff person should receive your files.
A login and password are not required to upload documents to UMMC. Documents that are uploaded will only be available to UMMC team members for 30 days.
