Community Commitment

Making a positive difference in our communities is very important to our Firm.

We believe strongly in giving back.  This principle is reflected in our corporate culture.  Updegrove McDaniel McMullen & Chiccehitto, PLC promotes service and community awareness individually and collectively as a firm through our volunteer efforts and financial support. Our team members volunteer their time at local schools, churches, non-profit and civic organizations.  We have volunteered at the Interfaith Coalition’s holiday store, rung bells for the Salvation Army, sponsored individual families in need, contributed school supplies for both Loudoun and Fauquier County children, cleaned the W&OD trail, and painted at the Fauquier Family Shelter to name just a few. We provide financial support directly and through sponsorships.  Since 2009 our team members have participated in an initiative where they contribute $5 to wear jeans to work on Fridays in support of various organizations.
