UMMC – Important Update from your CPA
As we continue to monitor new developments with COVID-19, UMMC has made the decision to implement additional measures to protect the health of our valued clients and staff and to ensure the continuity of business operations during this season. Effective immediately, UMMC will close our office doors to all guests and will conduct all meetings remotely through teleconference. Video conferencing may also be an available option.
While this is a difficult decision for us to make, it is made easier knowing that it is in the best interest of all. We want to do our part to stop the spread of this virus as soon as possible.
Paperwork may be dropped off through the door mail slot at each office location. The mail slots are located on the main lobby door in Warrenton and at the back door entrance in Leesburg. The electronic delivery of documents through our secure ShareFile portal also remains an option. Please contact your accountant or partner for access to the portal.
Our staff continues working to meet the approaching deadline and to meet the needs of our clients. We are prepared to handle an office closure and have the ability to work remotely if we need to do so. We value each of you and look forward to resuming business as normal in the near future.
