Our Leaders

Donna McMullen, CPA, joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2013.

Based in the Leesburg office, Donna is an integral part of the UMMC team. She has more than 24 years of experience in all areas of public accounting including personal, business, estates and trusts, tax planning and audits. She is the firm’s Assurance Partner.

Lisa Chiccehitto, CPA, is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She began her career at Deloitte in Washington DC. Later, she worked seasonally or part-time in the industry while raising her four children. In 2008 when she re-entered the workforce full time, she chose UMMC because she was attracted to the professional and family focused firm in her local community.

Lisa provides tax, accounting, and consulting services to individuals, businesses, estates, and trusts. One of the things she enjoys most about her work is getting to know her clients and their businesses.

She is a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Outside of work, you may know Lisa from the Rotary Club of Warrenton, where she serves on their board as Treasurer, or from St. John’s Catholic Church or Old Town Athletic Club. Lisa enjoys pickleball, the beach, her book club and bible study. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Stephanie Mercer, CPA, joined UMMC in 2007 and became a partner in January 2021. She began her career in the audit department with KPMG and then moved into the consulting group assisting government clients with development and training on accounting computer systems. Stephanie shifted her focus to tax when joining the team at UMMC. She has more than 25 years of experience in the accounting industry, with 18 years dedicated to tax. Stephanie provides assistance with individual and business taxation, along with consulting, tax planning, audits, and client support services.

Stephanie graduated with honors from New Mexico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
